Richard R. Routhier, II - President

A third generation contractor, Richard oversees all of Drymension's operations and assists in executive management of specialty projects. He has been involved in construction, primarily the drywall and plaster trade, for over 25 years which began as a non-skilled laborer alongside his father and evolved to President and Chief Executive Member. With a strong knowledge of plaster moulding and specialty finishes, Richard personally handles projects for our specialty plaster division, Plasteration, and is directly involved in estimating, design, planning, project management, and field operations. With a passion for quality workmanship and a keen sense of detail and design, Richard upholds Drymension's resolution to surpass and raise standards in our industry ensuring Drymension's future as the premier interior contractor in South Florida.

Jason Beloin - Vice President/Project Executive

Jason joined Drymension in 2007 as a metal framer and layout assistant. After working in the field, he advanced from Estimator to Project Manager, Chief Estimator, then Vice President and Managing Member. With an Associate's Degree in Business Management and several diverse work experiences in the service industry, organizational communications, and building supplies/materials, along with trade specific experience, Jason brings an unparalleled commitment to quality, service, and product knowledge to the Drymension Team. As Vice President, he oversees daily field operations, scheduling, contract review and execution, and project management, as well as heading up Estimating and Pre-Construction.

Eric Rouleau - Vice President/Project Executive

Eric is a second generation drywall finisher with over 25 years of trade specific experience. Eric started with Drymension as a drywall finisher in 2001 and earning the position of Finishing Supervisor from 2003 to 2006. In 2008, Eric became a State Certified Specialty Contractor and after several successful small business ventures, Eric returned to Drymension in 2012 as an Estimator/Project Manager overseeing all drywall finishing operations as well as project estimating. Shortly thereafter, Eric earned the position of Vice President and Managing Member. Having a wealth of trade specific knowledge, combined with nearly a decade of business management experience, and an emphasis on quality and workmanship, Eric adds a competitive edge to the Drymension Team. As Vice President, he is involved in day to day operations, estimating, scheduling, and project management.
